Your and your child’s teeth, remembered.
From the first milk tooth to a full grown-up smile — Dental DB keeps the story of every tooth.
A keepsake for you. A clear record for your dentist.
It grows with your child
The mouth map always matches the person’s age — a few milk teeth for a baby, a mix at eight, a grown-up smile at eighteen, a standard adult chart for you. Never a grown-up chart for a toddler.
The first little teeth
A few milk teeth in — every other slot gently sketched in, waiting for its date.
Milk and permanent, side by side
Grown-up incisors and molars arrive between the milk teeth — one just fell out, one is being watched.
The full smile — history kept
All permanent teeth in place, fillings quietly remembered, braces on the record.
Your teeth keep their story too
Your own chart at last — treatments marked in red, and a wisdom tooth is drawn only when it actually arrives.
A journal, a map, a memory
A mouth map that grows up
From the first milk tooth to a full adult smile — all 52 tooth positions on one diagram that always matches the person’s age, child or adult.
A journal that forgives forgetting
Log the first tooth, the dentist visit, the filling — with a date, or marked “don’t remember the day” and backfilled whenever memory returns.
Every tooth has its own story
Each tooth keeps its condition — healthy, filling, crown — and its life events: erupted, fell out, extracted, braces on.
Children and adults in one place
Add every child — and any adult, including yourself — to one account and switch between them with a tap.
Show the dentist, don’t retell
Export the whole history as plain text for your dentist — or paste it into your favorite AI.

A quick look

Small stories, safely kept
At the check-up I just opened the app — the dentist scrolled through the whole history in seconds. No more guessing which tooth fell out when.
Sarah · BristolI started the journal at the very first tooth. Two years later it’s my favourite keepsake — and a surprisingly useful one.
Anna · Saint PetersburgWith three kids I used to mix everything up. Now it’s one tap to see whose tooth is wobbly.

Is Dental DB free?
You can try everything free for 7 days. After that, Dental DB is a single annual subscription — no ads, no data selling. The exact price for your region is shown in the App Store before you pay.
Is it a medical app?
No. Dental DB is a personal record — a memory aid for you and your dentist. It doesn’t diagnose, and it doesn’t replace professional care.
Where is my data stored, and can I delete it?
Your journal is stored securely in your account in the cloud (Google infrastructure). You can delete one person or your whole account — with all their data — right from the app, anytime.
Can I track several children — or adults?
Yes. One account holds all your children and adults — your own teeth included. Switching takes one tap.
Can I get my data out?
Always. Export the complete history as plain text and share it with your dentist, your AI agent, or anyone else.
Which languages and devices?
English, Russian and Portuguese, on iPhone.
